2017 Friends of Education Awards nominations now open

The Northern Lights Public Schools Board of Trustees is now accepting nominations for its 2017 Friends of Education Awards.

The Friends of Education Awards recognize organizations or individuals who have made special contributions to education in Northern Lights Public Schools, either at more than one school or for a significant time frame.

The Board will be accepting nominations for the 2017 Friends of Education Awards until Tuesday, February 28th.

This is the seventh year the awards will be presented. Last year’s award winners were Laurent Marcil, Village of Glendon, RONA Cold Lake, and Plamondon Co-op. Please check out the video profiles below to find out more about why they were recognized.
